OCTOBER 23 - 25

Bring your own wine weekend

Our Chef will prepare a 3 course Table d'hote dinner and you provide the wine. Bring a few friends and showcase a couple bottles from your own wine collection.

 

Bring your own wine weekend menu....

1st Course

Whole romaine hearts, peppered maple bacon,         
yukon gold potato “croutons” & Double smoked cheddar
Finished with a caesar vinaigrette


2nd Course


Handcrafted squash ravioli topped with seared strip loin
Finished with a torn basil and mint cream sauce

or

Bouillabaisse of monkfish, halibut, scallop and tiger prawn
in a  rich saffron and fennel broth. Served with rouille on grilled bread


3rd Course

Warm apple tart with a ground hazelnut crust
Finished with a whisky caramel sauce

$40 per person (includes corkage fee)
