The 1000 Island Ivy Lea Marina is a seasonal dockage facility located in two natural harbours, one on the east side of the property and the other on the west side of the property. The east harbour accommodates boats under 30 feet in length and the west harbour accommodates boats up to 45 feet in length. New docks were installed in the east harbour basin in the spring of 2006 and new docks are completed in the west harbour basin.

The seasonal dockage facility at the Ivy Lea Club caters to both sail and powerboats.
