DEPOSIT: $250 deposit required on confirmation of reservation. Balance to be paid on arrival. Ivy Lea Club management reserves the right to request a security deposit.
CANCELLATION: The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50 will be returned. Ivy Lea Club management reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any reservation at any time. A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.
Rates: Rates are per cottage and not per person. Children are considered people and no overcrowding is allowed.
Minimum stay: There is a minimum stay in the low season and a 7 night minimum stay in the high season. There is a 3 night minimum stay over long weekends.
Linen Sets: One set of linens per person/week is provided; additional sets of linens will be supplied at a nominal charge.
Dockage: In the event that dockage is required, arrangements are to be made in advance. Spots are available should you wish to bring a boat. The cost for dockage is $1.20 per/ft per day (No Power) $1.45 per/ft per day (power) should a power spot be available.
